During the month of March, In Florida, one in every 282 homeowners received a foreclosure notice. In the U.S. One in every 538 American households received either a default notice, auction sale notice or bank repossession, according to RealtyTrac’s U.S. Foreclosure Market Report. Existing Home Sales Rise 23%

Sales of existing homes rose 23 percent in the Tampa Real Estate Market as bargain hunters snatched up distressed properties and continued to keep home prices lower. That’s the largest jump since September, when sales rose 29 percent.
